Usui & Karuna Reiki

Reiki is a wonderful and ancient form of energy healing. Like Light Activation and Reconnective Healing, it has the ability to facilitate healing on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. People often experience Reiki as deeply relaxing and blissful. There are many variations of Reiki including Usui and Karuna Reiki.  Karuna Reiki literally means Compassionate Action. Usui Reiki is named after Dr. Mikao Usui, who is widely thought to be the man who rediscovered this ancient healing art. It is generally advised that one be instructed and initiated into Usui Reiki first and practice for a minimum of six months prior to receiving instruction and initiation into Karuna Reiki.

Reiki Classes for both Usui and Karuna Reiki are available up to and including the Master Practitioner/Teacher Level
